The German-Polish Chamber of Commerce (AHK Polen), headquartered in Warsaw, is recognized by German and Polish authorities and official representatives as the only bi-national economic representative and promoter. Procedure for Scheduling an Appointment
We indeed offer a free initial consultation, provided that you are a German medium-sized enterprise in the technology or IT sector and a member of a German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). In this case, we kindly request that you contact us with information about your company, your company website, and your respective IHK. Please also provide your contact details, including a telephone number.
To efficiently process your inquiry, we request a brief clarification of your expansion plans to Poland as well as an explanation of your consulting needs and expectations.
After we have registered your inquiry, we will contact you to arrange an online meeting.
Please note that our initial consultations are conducted exclusively online as a video conference (VidKo).
We prepare thoroughly for our discussions with you, therefore, we ask that you refrain from making unannounced calls expecting immediate consultation.
Membership in the AHK Poland is generally voluntary and not a prerequisite for utilizing our services.
Nevertheless, AHK Polen members enjoy preferential rights: We prioritize their inquiries and handle them outside the regular queue. Additionally, we offer our members special rates, which we carefully negotiate with our partners.
We place great value on long-term business relationships and view membership as an indicator of how seriously prospective clients approach our mission and collaboration with us.

Can I use the AHK TECH service without being a member of AHK Poland?
Is there a possibility of a free initial consultation for me?
We strive to respond to all inquiries in the order they are received and aim to reply as promptly as possible. We offer a free initial consultation that provides a comprehensive overview of the requested information. Anonymous inquiries or those whose legitimacy is questionable will be rejected. In such cases, we will send a request for data completion or identify the company in collaboration with our partner Chambers of Industry and Commerce (IHKs).
For inquiries requiring extended preparation time, highly specialized knowledge, or extensive research, we offer a paid response after the requester has accepted the costs in advance. We do not issue unsolicited invoices and apply hourly billing for consultations only in exceptional cases. This is always clearly communicated to the requester. We generally present an offer with a request for approval of the costs for preparing the response.
Please note that due to high demand for our services, the wait time for an online meeting via VidKo may sometimes be a few days or even weeks. We appreciate your understanding!
